Commonly Used Terms

The term 'Premiumprint' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of premiumprint.co.nz.

The term 'you' refers to the customer of our services.

Quantity Tolerance

There will be times that a quantity tolerance of 5% more or 5% less is permissible in any large quantity order. We consider this + or - tolerance to be a reasonable order fulfilment.

File Match & Colour Match

We try to match the colours of your artwork. But due to the different materials of each printing product, we do not guarantee the colour match. For example, because of the transparency, all colours on a frosted business card will not be shown as bright as on a paper card. We provide mock-ups for display purpose. You should expect some noticeable difference between mock-ups and real products. We can do better colour matching if you are able to provide us Pantone codes. 

If colour is of the utmost importance to you, we recommend using some local printing services so you can supervise the whole process.

All art works you submit must use CMYK instead of RGB. We are not responsible for colour shifts because of conversion.


Your orders can be paid by bank deposit or by credit card through via PayPal system. You are responsible for keeping a copy of your own payment receipt. We do not provide duplicate receipts/invoices.

Artwork Files for Printing

When sending own designs for printing, you are responsible for following our artwork guidelines. We will preview all incoming files and attempt to find potential problems, but assume no responsibility should your job be printed incorrectly. We presume that the files you send are the files you want printed. Please download design guidelines to see design specifications of each product.

Copyright and Ownership

If supplying your own printable files, you certify that you own the rights to use the image(s) being reproduced by Premiumprint.co.nz. If you scan your own copyrighted materials and ask us to reproduce the same, you still own the rights to use the image(s) being reproduced by Premiumprint.co.nz. By supplying your own images, text, or any other data to us, you grant us permission to use this material freely in the pursuit of the design. You also agree to fully indemnify and hold us free from harm in any and all claims resulting from you in not having obtained all the required copyright, and/or any other necessary permission.

All materials and artwork created directly by Premiumprint.co.nz, including typesetting, layouts (both online and off-line), etc. are the property of Premiumprint.co.nz. We reserve the right to send samples of your printing unless otherwise notified in writing. We will not use your images in any advertising without your prior written consent.

You may request in writing from us, the necessary permission to use materials (for which we holds the copyright) in forms other than for which it was originally supplied, and we may, at its discretion, grant this. Such permission must be obtained in writing before it will allow any of the aforesaid artwork, images, text, or other data to be used.

Cancellation Policy

Once you place your order, there is no cancellation. You have committed to ordering the product and paying for it. Please understand that custom printing is not something we can put back on our shelves where someone else will come along and buy it.

Guarantees & Refunds

You must notify us in writing within five working days of receiving your order that there is a problem with your product. Please take a photo of the issue and email it to us outlining the issue(s).

Reprints are provided on a case-by-case basis. We DO NOT provide refunds. 

In no case Premiumprint.co.nz is liable for loss of your business or implied damages because of our products.

Turnaround time-also known as production turnaround time-varies by product, ranging from 5 to 15 business days. The estimated turnaround time of each product can be found in the product description, which is not guaranteed. We don’t provide any rush printing service.


Delivery times are estimated based on the information provided to Premiumprint.co.nz by the carrier and in no way we should be responsible for delays in arrival time. We will notify you of any potential problems caused by the carrier.

Premiumprint.co.nz may update these conditions from time to time without notice.

Limitations of Liability

Premiumprint shall not be liable for any loss or damage not caused by its own negligence; or any loss or damage caused by:

Act of God, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority of law, or omissions of customs or quarantine officials, riot, strikes, civil commotions, hazards incident to a state of war, weather conditions, or delay of aircraft or other vehicles used in providing transportation services.
